Associate Marketing Manager

Component Solutions Group, Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality, engineered fasteners and other related products manufactured in the US and around the world. We’re searching for an experienced marketing specialist to be responsible for executing all aspects of our marketing strategy. This role will focus on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels. We are looking for someone who is creative and likes to complete checklists of tasks.




Excellent Pay & Benefits

  • Campaign coordinator tasked to help develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing-related activities.

  • Collaborate with senior management and other internal teams (e.g., product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.

  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.

  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing and account-based marketing being a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.

  • Excellent writing and editing content skills with an attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

  • Ability to travel as necessary.

  • Graphic design experience is a plus using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and PowerPoint.

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
