The Inside Sales Representative II is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of customer accounts while driving revenue through proactive sales activities, customer relationship management, and strategic account development. This role serves as a key link between customers, outside sales, and internal teams, helping identify opportunities, generate quotes, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that support customer success.
